What happens to the buses during extreme weather conditions?
We try our best to run every trip to our advertised timetables. However during extreme weather conditions this is not always possible, particularly during periods of heavy snow.
In most cases we will be able to run our buses but may have to miss out some housing estates that haven't been gritted. Rural services along country lanes are unlikely to be able to run.
While we recognise the benefits of social media, we also appreciate that it is not for everyone. D&G Bus don't use social media, but we're happy to speak to you if you want to call us on 01782 332337 (Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent) or01270 252970 (Cheshire). You can also e-mail us or write a letter - the contact details are at the bottom of the page.
Our offices open very early in the morning so we can answer questions before you need to leave to walk to the bus stop, but note that during busy periods it may take us time to answer the phone.
